Our office and showroom are located at Pinpoint Business Park. The showroom showcases both Manser Saxon’s locally manufactured furniture and a carefully selected range of imported premium furniture.

Every project is unique. We invite you to reach out or visit our showroom for an initial conversation. There’s no commitment involved, and our team will be happy to discuss how we can best serve your needs.
What are your opening hours?
Do you work island-wide?
Yes. We take on projects across Mauritius. Location logistics are factored into project planning and will be discussed during the consultation.

We specialise in high-end residential projects, including villas and luxury homes, apartments and penthouses, kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as full home renovations.

Yes. We are happy to collaborate with your existing architect or designer. Our team integrates seamlessly into your project team while ensuring our execution standards are maintained.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

Do you handle permits and regulatory approvals?
We do not manage permits or regulatory approvals directly. However, our team can point you in the right direction so you know what to expect before works begin.

Can I stay in my home during renovation works?

How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We provide a detailed project schedule at the outset so you know exactly what to expect, and we keep you informed throughout.
How are projects priced? Are there any hidden costs?
All projects are quoted transparently based on your requirements. There are no hidden costs. All costs are clearly detailed in your quotation before works begins. Any changes during the project are communicated and approved in advance.
What are the payment terms?
For smaller projects, a 70% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining 30% due upon completion. For larger projects, a tailored payment plan will be discussed and agreed upon before works begin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheque, and card payment through MIPS paystation.
Are refunds available?
Deposits are non-refundable once works have been confirmed and resources committed. However, we work closely with every client from the outset to ensure full alignment before any commitment is made, and we remain dedicated to your satisfaction throughout the project.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. We provide warranty coverage on all work completed. The duration and terms of the warranty depend on the type of work and will be clearly stated in your contract.
